The champion of the Vietnam Pro-Am Basketball Championship 2025 has officially been revealed.

The grand final of the Vietnam Pro-Am Basketball Championship 2025 (VBC 2025) showcased a thrilling contest between two top contenders, X-BDC and Ba Đình.

In the VBC 2025 grand final, fans witnessed an intense battle between two finalists making their debut—X-BDC (the 2025 DBC runner-up) and Ba Đình (the 2025 HBC runner-up). Although both teams reached the final for the first time this season, X-BDC demonstrated superior composure to claim the championship with a convincing 93-57 victory.

From the first quarter, Dominique Tham proved why he is the star of X-BDC. Using his impressive physique and strength, he consistently scored near the basket, helping his team maintain a lead throughout the quarter. Meanwhile, Ba Đình struggled offensively, managing only 7 points and quickly losing their advantage.

In the second quarter, the momentum clearly shifted towards X-BDC. The team in white extended their lead, while Ba Đình still struggled to find their shooting rhythm. By halftime, the score stood at 56-17, with Dominique Tham alone scoring 17 points—equal to Ba Đình’s entire team total.

The third quarter saw a brief slowdown for X-BDC, with only two successful shots in the first half of the period, but they quickly regained their form. Ba Đình improved their play, recording their highest-scoring quarter with 26 points, narrowing the gap to 69-43.

However, Ba Đình’s efforts were insufficient to cause an upset. In the fourth quarter, Dominique Tham shone again with three consecutive three-pointers followed by an impressive two-point shot, pushing the lead to 38 points. Additionally, Huỳnh Vĩnh Quang and Võ Huy Hoàn showcased their extensive experience in both offense and defense, helping X-BDC maintain dominance.

On the other side, Ba Đình fought valiantly. Đinh Toàn Quốc scored with smooth layups, and Hiếu “Hulk” worked hard to balance defense and close-range offense. Nevertheless, against a well-rounded X-BDC, all their efforts proved futile.

The match ended with a score of 93-57, crowning X-BDC as the VBC 2025 champions, concluding a thrilling season with a victory that highlighted their strength, resilience, and team depth.

Unlike the explosive performances by singers in previous seasons, VBC 2025 introduced a fresh vibe with lively and proud dance performances. With the theme “Stand As One” – emphasizing unity and national pride – VBC 2025 was not only a stage for top-tier basketball but also an opportunity for New Sports Joint Stock Company, the organizer, to integrate life values into sports.
