On December 8th Beijing time, the NBA regular season carried on with the Warriors easily beating the Bulls 123-91 on the road, handing Chicago their seventh consecutive defeat. The Curry brothers, Draymond, and Horford all missed the game, and Kuminga was marked as DNP for the first time this season. Pojeimski put up 21 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists, Butler added 19 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists, with six Warriors scoring in double digits. The Warriors led throughout, and although the Bulls narrowed the gap to 8 in the final quarter, the Warriors responded with a decisive 24-2 run to seal the win.

In the first quarter, Hield hit a three-pointer, and Poast followed with two consecutive threes as the Warriors started with an 11-2 run. Vucevic scored on a mid-range jumper, and White made a layup to cut the deficit. Richard nailed a three, then Hield, Spencer, and Poast scored consecutively. Butler stole the ball and slammed it down, pushing the Warriors’ lead to 13. Giddey scored on a floater, Melton made a hook shot, Pavie and Jevon Carter hit back-to-back threes, and Moody, Pojeimski, and Melton responded from outside. Jevon Carter sank another three, and Jackson-Davis dunked. At the end of the quarter, the Warriors led 38-25 over the Bulls.

In the second quarter, White scored on a layup. After two turnovers, Pojeimski redeemed himself with a three-pointer. Hield hit a mid-range jumper, and Giddey drove for 4 points in a row. Melton and Vucevic exchanged three-pointers. Bouzelis aggressively scored inside and then delivered a spectacular dunk over Poast. Poast scored on a put-back, Pojeimski hit another three, and after Butler made free throws, the Warriors led by 14. At halftime, the Warriors were ahead 60-46.

After the break, Butler made two free throws, White sank all three free throws, Poast hit a three-pointer, and Spencer scored 4 points in a row. Bouzelis also scored 5 consecutive points. Butler and Hield scored layups, expanding the lead to 21. Bouzelis hit a three, Moody and Pojeimski followed with threes. Collins completed a layup and a three-point play, Terry scored on a layup, Giddey made two threes in a row, and Jevon Carter also hit a three as the Bulls went on a 14-0 run. In the final quarter, Giddey made one of two free throws, and Jevon Carter scored a layup, cutting the deficit to 8. Pojeimski hit a three, Butler scored 5 points in a row, Poast hit a three, Bouzelis scored on a layup, Spencer made a floater, and Butler, Richard, and Melton all nailed three-pointers as the Warriors exploded on a 24-2 run, leading by 30 and ending any doubt about the outcome. After Giddey’s three-pointer, the Bulls rested their starters, and the game went into garbage time. Ultimately, the Warriors comfortably defeated the Bulls, earning their second consecutive win and handing Chicago their seventh straight loss.
