On December 11 Beijing time, BBR data reveals that the top-viewed player pages on their site by state this year are LeBron James (47 states), Alexander (Oklahoma), Jokic (Colorado), and Giannis (Wisconsin). LeBron holds sway over almost all of Canada as well.

LeBron’s popularity continues to dominate with a clear gap. NBA reporter Josh Eberley shared a comparison chart of this year and last year, remarking: “Even though LeBron’s career is nearing its end, his influence in the U.S. remains remarkable. (2025 compared to 2024)”

The image shows that in 2024, the NBA player with the most page views in each U.S. state on BBR was also LeBron James. The only states not led by LeBron were Colorado (Jokic), Wisconsin (Giannis), and Massachusetts (Tatum).
Looking back to 2023, LeBron led in 41 states, with other players on the list including Jokic, Giannis, and Markkanen.

It’s impressive that although LeBron is nearly 41 years old, his influence remains unquestionably the top presence across the U.S. Previously, LeBron’s former teammate Danny Green said he believes the 2025-26 season might be LeBron’s last, and that he may not play a 24th season. So whether you are a fan or a critic, cherish this— the career of the current most popular active player is approaching its end.
So far this season, LeBron has played 7 games, averaging 16.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 7.6 assists per game, with a shooting percentage of 46.4%. The Lakers currently hold a 17-6 record, ranking second in the Western Conference.
