On March 17 Beijing time, the NBA officially announced the Players of the Week for Week 21. The Western Conference Player of the Week is Lakers star Luka Doncic, while the Eastern Conference Player of the Week is Heat star Bam Adebayo.

Western Conference Player of the Week: Doncic
Lakers guard Luka Doncic was named Western Conference Player of the Week. This is his third time receiving this honor this season and the 18th time in his career.

Doncic led his team to a perfect 3-0 record, defeating the Timberwolves, Bulls, and Nuggets. He averaged 38.3 minutes per game, scoring 37.3 points with a 46.9% field goal percentage, 42.5% three-point percentage, and 79.2% free throw percentage, while also contributing 10.7 rebounds, 11.0 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.7 blocks.
The 27-year-old star recorded two triple-doubles and one double-double across these three games and delivered his first 50+ point performance since joining the Lakers.

In the March 11 victory over the Timberwolves, Doncic started with a triple-double of 31 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists. This performance surpassed Kobe Bryant, making him the fifth player in Lakers history with the most 30+ point triple-doubles.
On March 13 against the Bulls, Doncic scored a career-high 51 points for the Lakers, hitting nine three-pointers, along with 10 rebounds and 9 assists, becoming the tenth player in Lakers history to achieve a 50+ point double-double.
In the March 15 overtime win against the Nuggets, Doncic added another triple-double with 30 points, 11 rebounds, and 13 assists. He hit a game-winning jumper with 0.5 seconds left, marking his fifth regular-season game-winning shot within the final five seconds of his career. This was also his eighth triple-double this season and the 90th in his career.
