On April 26 Beijing time, rapper Megan Thee Stallion posted a series of content on her Instagram Stories today, accusing her boyfriend, Mavericks guard Klay Thompson, of infidelity and questioning his ability to maintain a monogamous relationship.

The 31-year-old Grammy winner wrote: "Cheating, making me act affectionate with your whole family, backing out and showing 'commitment phobia'... I endured your terrible mood swings and your bad attitude towards me throughout the entire season, and now you tell me you don't know if you can be 'faithful'???? I'm done, this time I have to walk away completely... goodbye everyone."

Currently, neither Megan nor the 36-year-old Thompson have publicly responded to these posts. The four-time NBA champion, who left the Warriors in 2024 to join the Mavericks, has also not commented on the matter on his verified social media accounts.

Rumors of Megan and Thompson's relationship began in the summer of 2025, and they publicly confirmed their relationship in July of that same year. Since then, the couple has appeared together on red carpets multiple times, including at Megan's Pete & Thomas Foundation dinner in New York; they have also shared photos hinting at cohabitation. Thompson has affectionately mentioned the Houston-born singer in interviews, and Megan has stated that after focusing on self-healing, she finally found love.

This post was released amidst ongoing rumors about their relationship circulating online. In March this year, there were claims that Thompson accused Megan of cheating with a teammate, but this rumor was later confirmed to be based on edited video clips and misinformation from impersonated accounts.

Megan did not mention the current status of their relationship in her Stories. Thompson, who has always kept his private life low-key, has not posted any content related to Megan on public platforms in recent weeks. Since joining the Mavericks, Klay has been plagued by injuries and his performance has been inconsistent. This season, Klay played 69 games for the Mavericks, averaging 11.7 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game, with a shooting percentage of 39.3% and a three-point percentage of 38.3%.
