NBA officially announced the All-NBA teams: Alexander and Jokic were unanimous First Team selections; Durant and Leonard made the Second Team.

On May 25, Beijing time, the NBA officially unveiled the 2025-26 All-NBA teams. The First Team consists of Alexander, Jokic, Wembanyama, Doncic, and Cunningham. The Second Team includes Jaylen Brown, Leonard, Durant, Brunson, and Mitchell. The Third Team features Murray, Maxey, Jalen Johnson, Duren, and Holmgren.

As with last season, players must have played at least 65 regular-season games (unless exceptions apply) to be considered for the All-NBA teams, and the selection remains position-agnostic. Alexander and Jokic both received unanimous 500 points. Other players' scores are as follows—

This regular season, Alexander averaged 31.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 6.6 assists per game, leading the Thunder to a league-best 64-18 record and winning MVP for the second straight year. In the playoffs, he has played 11 games so far, averaging 28.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 8.2 assists. The Thunder swept the Suns 4-0 in the first round, swept the Lakers 4-0 in the second round, and currently lead the Spurs 2-1 in the Western Conference Finals. This is Alexander's fourth All-NBA selection and his fourth consecutive First Team honor.

This regular season, Jokic averaged 27.7 points, 12.9 rebounds, and 10.7 assists per game, leading the Nuggets to a 54-28 record and third place in the West. In the playoffs, he has appeared in six games, averaging 25.8 points, 13.2 rebounds, and 9.5 assists. The Nuggets lost to the Timberwolves 2-4 in the first round. Jokic finished second in MVP voting this season. This marks his eighth All-NBA selection and his sixth First Team nod.

This regular season, Wembanyama averaged 25.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 3.1 blocks per game, leading the Spurs to a 62-20 record and second place in the West. In the playoffs, he has played 13 games, averaging 22.4 points, 11.7 rebounds, and 3.8 blocks. The Spurs defeated the Trail Blazers 4-1 in the first round, beat the Timberwolves 4-2 in the second round, and currently trail the Thunder 1-2 in the Western Conference Finals. Wembanyama previously won Defensive Player of the Year and was a unanimous First Team All-Defensive selection. He finished third in MVP voting. This is his first All-NBA selection and his first First Team honor.

This regular season, Doncic averaged 33.5 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 8.3 assists per game, leading the Lakers to a 53-29 record and fourth place in the West. Due to injury, Doncic missed all playoff games this year. The Lakers defeated the Rockets 4-2 in the first round but were swept by the Thunder 0-4 in the second round. This is Doncic's sixth All-NBA selection and his sixth First Team appearance.

This regular season, Cunningham averaged 23.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 9.9 assists per game, leading the Pistons to a 60-22 record and first place in the East. In the playoffs, he has played 14 games, averaging 28.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 7.5 assists. The Pistons narrowly beat the Magic 4-3 in the first round but lost to the Cavaliers 3-4 in the second round. This is Cunningham's second All-NBA selection and his first First Team honor.
