Herro's boxing training sparks buzz! Noted journalist jokingly suggests a showdown between feuding players: Adebayo could challenge him

On July 31, Beijing time, Tyler Herro has been delving into the art of boxing this offseason. The new Bucks recruit started boxing training during the break, and it was around this time that he had a physical altercation with former teammate Bam Adebayo. Herro has had boxing training experience before, so this isn't new. However, the timing of the training photos surfacing after the conflict inevitably invites speculation.

"Honestly, I just want to move on and not dwell on these things," Herro said in an interview with reporters in early July. "My focus is on the Bucks, and I want to build a career here. The team just traded away the greatest player in its history, Giannis, so we hope to integrate into the team and continue the competitive momentum of the past."

ESPN reporter Tim MacMahon joked about adding a new event to the Summer League: allowing players with rumored conflicts to engage in boxing matches.

MacMahon said, "In this situation, my suggestion is that Adebayo can challenge Herro to a boxing match. For example, if Jaylen Brown really holds a grudge against Jayson Tatum as he vaguely hinted, he could also invite Tatum to box. Such matches could be arranged during halftime of the two teams' Summer League games."

Of course, the NBA would never adopt such a proposal, and there is no concrete evidence that Brown harbors animosity toward Tatum. However, the first game of the next season between the Heat and the Bucks is worth watching closely, as Adebayo and Herro will face each other as opponents for the first time.
