Hello everyone, I'm Game Xiaodi.
Before we start, there's a benefit: if you want to playthe old version/retro version of Honor of Kingsplayers, all the heroes shown in the picture are playable, and you can experience them for free by following the picture below!

Let's continue. Fei Han, the new character introduced in the second half of Season 1 of Honor of Kings World, has been online for a few days now. From the initial skill reveals to the official release, many players have been looking forward to this ice-type strong-attack mage. However, over the past few days, player reviews have become clearly polarized: some praise her stable output and high floor, while others feel that she becomes a bit monotonous in the later stages. So what is Fei Han's true level? In this episode, Xiaodi will talk about it.

Fei Han's biggest advantage is her low skill floor. The core advantage is that her skill synergy allows for stable damage output without needing to switch characters, time skill rotations, or plan burst timings. Simply put, just hold down and go. As a result, many players have reported that playing Fei Han feels similar to playing Yao in Honor of Kings—basically just attach and not worry too much. Although this comparison is a bit exaggerated, it does show that the difficulty is low.

Moreover, Fei Han's damage output during non-burst phases is also considerable. This is quite different from Sun Shangxiang, who has high burst during her burst phase but experiences a noticeable gap in damage during non-burst phases. If you don't time the rhythm well, it can be uncomfortable. Fei Han basically doesn't have this problem; her damage is stable from start to finish and she doesn't rely heavily on skill rotation rhythm. I've tried a few random teams, and I feel that Fei Han's performance in random teams is sometimes even more stable than Sun Shangxiang's.
Additionally, it's worth mentioning that mobile players should be the biggest beneficiaries of Fei Han, because the low amount of operations means even playing on a phone can yield good results. This could be great news for mobile players.

The ceiling is indeed a noticeable issue for Fei Han. Because the operation itself is not complex, the skill gap between experts and novices is hard to widen. Unlike Sun Shangxiang, who can achieve a very high damage ceiling with good play, Fei Han's operational space is relatively limited. Playing her for a long time can indeed become a bit monotonous. Sometimes players might feel bored after just one day, and this situation is not uncommon.

Short-term multi-target burst is also a weakness for Fei Han. When facing groups of mobs, her AOE ability is clearly not as decisive as Sun Shangxiang's, who can clear a wave with one skill, while Fei Han has to pick them off one by one. Of course, regarding sustain in the open world, player experiences vary greatly. Some players find it unsatisfactory: after finishing one wave of mobs, they have no skills left for the next, making the traversal experience average. However, other players feel that sustain is not an issue at all in the open world. It depends on the individual.

As for whether it's worth training, Xiaodi thinks it can be considered in three scenarios. If you are a new player, then training Fei Han is quite suitable. You can deal damage right away without spending too much time studying the skill mechanics. She is a good entry-level character. For veteran players, it depends on your needs. If you need a character that can handle both the open world and dungeons, Fei Han won't disappoint. But if you are a player who pursues extreme operations and high damage ceilings, then Sun Shangxiang is more recommended. After all, Fei Han is better used as a floor guarantee, helping you stabilize basic damage, but not for achieving that top-tier performance.
That's all for the content. If you found it good, feel free to give a like to support. If you have anything else to say, ask, or want to see, leave your footprint in the comments section, and I'll check them all~
