From the name alone, you can tell it's the same series as Lanling King's previous premium battle pass skin, and even the skin name is identical. Both are inspired by Chinese fantasy themes, drawing from the Nuo dance culture. Since it can be obtained for free, it should be quite appealing to many players. Let's take a look at this skin~

Luban Master - Nuo Shen Si

In terms of appearance, Luban Master's design this time is quite unique and overall looks very handsome. Long black hair falls naturally, with striking red highlights woven in, giving it a distinctive look. The color scheme mainly consists of red, black, and blue. Black establishes a solemn backdrop, red enhances the sense of sacrificial fire and intimidation, while blue blends in like dark night, creating a solemn and mysterious atmosphere.

The most eye-catching part of the entire design is the weapon. The facial features of the Nuo mask, such as eyebrows and fangs, are deconstructed and reassembled, running through the overall shape of the weapon. On the back of the mask, two arms extend from the eye sockets, each holding a sphere. Below the spheres, six arms extend outward, making it look like a giant Nuo mask from a distance. That's the official description. Visually, it actually feels more like an "exoskeleton spirit bone," which is much more striking compared to previous skin designs. It looks quite impressive.

For the effects, the entire design is centered around the Nuo mask, incorporating elements like ropes, Nuo patterns, flames, Nuo eyes, and spectral arms, with red and purple colors enhancing the mysterious and eerie atmosphere of Nuo dance culture.

Passive: Nuo masks circle around the shield, guarding Luban Master. Basic attack: The Nuo eye suddenly opens at the attack center, releasing energy, giving a satisfying impact feel. First skill: Luban Master leaps into the air, with a Nuo mask imprint appearing in the warning area. Upon landing, the Nuo mask opens its eyes, ropes spin out, unleashing a powerful shockwave. Second skill: Luban Master connects to a teammate with a crimson energy chain, granting the teammate a flame shield. A Nuo mask imprint hovers above the teammate's head and changes as the countdown progresses.

Third skill: Luban Master releases a crimson energy chain to pull himself toward a wall. Fourth skill: Luban Master releases a red-blue energy chain to connect to enemies. Then the Nuo mask spectral arms appear, forcefully dragging the enemy in front of him. This visual effect looks quite effective in actual combat.

How to obtain

As mentioned earlier, this skin is a free welfare skin. Starting from September, it can be obtained by refreshing the monthly welfare gift book system for a chance to get it, similar to the previous skins like Bian Que's Ling Gu Shi Xin and Baili Xuan Ce's Luo Xiao Hei Zhan Ji. If you already own all other epic skins, you can usually get this skin within 120 refreshes. If you have refreshed 119 times this month without getting an epic skin, it's recommended to pause, as the refresh count will carry over to September. Then you only need one more refresh to guarantee this epic skin.

Of course, if you find it troublesome, this skin can also be purchased with vouchers, but it will only be available in the shop starting in October. The first week will cost 710 vouchers, after which it will return to 888 vouchers. If you don't manage to get it for free in September, no worries—this skin will be permanently available in the monthly welfare gift book, just like the previously mentioned epic skins, and you can continue to obtain it for free in the future.

Overall, as an epic quality skin, the modeling and effects of Luban Master's Nuo Shen Si are quite good. It can be considered the best skin for Luban Master. The most important thing is that it's not easy for Luban Master to get a new skin—he only had one KPL limited skin before, which was also epic. So I highly recommend getting it.
