Hello to all LPL viewers and League of Legends summoners, this is Tianxia Game Hub.
The first game between BLG and JDG concluded with BLG winning. In the second game, JDG used a Galio engage strategy, securing early jungle control and smoothly building on that advantage.
Although BLG was in a disadvantageous position, they managed to win a team fight, but JDG swiftly ended the match with a sudden death at 22 minutes.
BLG’s invasion failed, giving JDG the early lead.
In the second game’s draft phase, JDG on the blue side picked a teamfight initiation lineup, with Monkey and a female tank as frontline engage, paired with Galio for follow-up entry, Kai'Sa for cleanup, and a top laner chosen for split pushing and teamfight damage—a very ideal ultimate-focused composition. BLG responded with a Yuumi-Anna system, combined with strong engage supports Annie and Tahm Kench for quick, focused picks.
The key focus in this game was the top and bottom lane matchups along with jungle development. Both teams have strong tempo control, and the side better at seizing opportunities tends to dominate.
Early on, Shadow attempted a jungle invasion but failed, leading to JDG grouping multiple players to invade and secure first blood. BLG gained some lane advantage in the bottom lane, but JDG’s jungler was far ahead, hitting level 6 timing to dive under tower for a kill, followed by BLG’s support arriving to take down the Master Yi.
JDG then focused on Annie with a double-team kill, and Bin’s Nidalee joined to secure another kill. The teams traded two for two, but JDG came out ahead, and BLG lost a significant amount of minions.
During the Rift Herald contest, BLG rushed to take two, but JDG arrived afterward and won the ensuing teamfight decisively.
At 15 minutes, JDG wiped BLG’s team and evened the score.
In this teamfight, BLG first focused Kai'Sa but failed to kill her. Bottom lane reinforcements arrived, but Yuumi was caught by Galio and died. JDG executed a flawless fight with zero deaths and took down a Rift Herald.
With control secured, JDG claimed the second dragon. Then both teams clashed over the Rift Herald. On initiated but failed, Shadow was counter-engaged and quickly died. Master Yi and Galio joined to apply massive crowd control, while Kai'Sa and Monkey cleaned up easily, resulting in a one-for-five team wipe and a 6,000 gold lead.
Facing a huge disadvantage, BLG forced a kill on Master Yi in the bottom lane but lost their mid outer turret.
Later, BLG’s jungler seized an opportunity to catch Galio out of position, forcing a chase and securing a kill. They then exploited JDG’s disorganized formation to kill Kai'Sa, winning the teamfight and taking Baron Nashor.
It seemed this might allow BLG to stall the game and bring back suspense, but shortly after, BLG collapsed and lost the match. The jungle support forced out Galio’s ultimate, but JDG’s reinforcements arrived, and Master Yi instantly killed Yuumi. BLG lost a crucial damage source, and after losing three members in the teamfight, JDG pushed straight to the base to end the game.
BLG entered a meltdown mode, with Shadow causing chaos across the map.
In my opinion, BLG’s composition had low tolerance for mistakes. Once JDG’s lineup gained an advantage, if BLG couldn’t quickly reduce enemy numbers, JDG’s teamfights became very easy to execute. The Galio composition excels when ahead, offering continuous aggression and strong defense. The biggest threat is JDG gaining lane or macro advantages with this setup.
However, BLG clearly lacked this capability. This game saw them enter meltdown mode again, with poor drafting and player performance. The entire damage core was assigned to Yuumi, which was problematic, and Elk’s Yuumi performance looked subpar.
Additionally, Shadow’s early jungle invasion ruined BLG’s rhythm. Monkey gained a level lead and accomplished objectives while several of Zhao Xin’s engages were ineffective. In a losing situation, no BLG player stepped up—Knight’s Annie had no standout plays, and Bin’s Nidalee showed little impact.
In summary, BLG’s current core players seem to lack carry potential. The team no longer has players capable of turning games around. Unless the opponent makes mistakes or the game naturally swings, BLG can no longer be considered a truly top-tier team.
