AL2-0 swept JDG to advance to the playoffs! Huge gap in mid and jungle, Saint Gunner Sion fierce like a war god

During the third stage of the LPL, AL and JDG played a BO3 match. After two intense games, AL defeated JDG 2-0, earning their 8th victory and qualifying for the playoffs, giving JDG their 8th defeat!

In the first game, AL’s lineup was Alora top, Pantheon jungle, Orianna mid, and Rakan with Xayah bot; JDG fielded Rumble top, Trundle jungle, Galio mid, and Yuumi with Alistar bot. At 14 minutes, a skirmish broke out in the jungle, where Zhuo’s Alistar decisively initiated, coordinating with Scout’s Galio to engage. JDG managed a 4-for-nothing exchange, with Scout’s Galio securing first blood. Early on, JDG took two dragons, while AL secured the Rift Herald, leaving their gold nearly even.

In the mid game, JDG destroyed the first tower in the bot lane. At 20 minutes, a chaotic fight erupted in the jungle; JDG claimed the dragon but overextended in pursuit. Saint Gunner’s Alora executed a flawless counterattack, and after AL eliminated four JDG members, they secured the Elder Dragon. At 25 minutes, both teams contested the dragon again, but JDG’s team fight collapsed once more, with Peyz’s Yuumi instantly killed. AL took the dragon and the first Baron. Later, at 30 minutes, during another dragon contest, AL decisively initiated and quickly eliminated Peyz’s Yuumi. Although JDG secured the Infernal Soul, their damage was insufficient. AL traded one for four and won the first game. The highest damage dealer for the first game was Hope’s Xayah, while for JDG it was Xiaoxu’s Rumble.

In the second game, JDG’s lineup was Ambessa top, Vi jungle, Taliyah mid, and Sivir with Braum bot; AL’s lineup featured Sion top, Jarvan jungle, Azir mid, and Corki with Rell bot. During the laning phase, Saint Gunner’s Sion solo killed Xiaoxu’s Ambessa, while Peyz’s Sivir solo killed Hope’s Corki. Early on, AL destroyed the first bot tower and gained a 6K gold lead.

In the mid game, AL secured the Elder Dragon. Afterwards, a jungle skirmish broke out; Xun’s Vi was instantly killed as AL easily wiped JDG and pushed down JDG’s bot inhibitor tower. At 25 minutes, Saint Gunner’s Sion aggressively dove onto Scout’s Taliyah, with AL achieving a 4-for-nothing fight. They then trapped and killed Xun’s Vi at top lane and took the first Baron. At 26 minutes, JDG claimed the Cloud Soul. Finally, at 27 minutes, AL initiated a fight in the base, effortlessly securing a 5-for-nothing team fight win and clinching the match victory.
