In the first stage of the LPL, IG and TES played a BO3 match. After three hard-fought games, IG claimed a 2-1 victory over TES, earning their second win!

In game one, TES’s lineup was Aphelios top, Pantheon jungle, Ahri mid, and Miss Fortune with Poppy bot; IG had Rumble top, Vi jungle, Taliyah mid, and Sivir with Rell bot. During laning, IG’s jungle and top ganked successfully, killing 369’s Aphelios, with Soboro’s Rumble taking first blood. IG continued to make successful plays in the top lane, and at 15 minutes, Soboro’s Rumble solo killed 369’s Aphelios, but Creme’s Ahri arrived to trade the kill. Early on, TES destroyed the first bottom tower, both teams secured one dragon each, and IG led by 1K gold.
At 21 minutes in mid-game, IG initiated a fight in the mid lane; Jwei’s Rell engaged JiaQi’s Miss Fortune, but Creme’s Ahri made a mistake. After IG wiped TES, they secured the first Baron. However, while pushing bottom with Baron buff, IG’s dive failed, and 369’s Aphelios flanked to disrupt, allowing TES to counterattack and trade 1 for 4. Later at 31 minutes, both teams fought over the dragon; TES took it, but Jwei’s Rell initiated perfectly, IG’s jungle and top flanked to kill JiaQi’s Miss Fortune, resulting in a 1-for-4 exchange and IG securing the second Baron. At 35 minutes, while pushing bottom with Baron buff, Wei’s Vi engaged JiaQi’s Miss Fortune but failed to kill her. TES trapped IG and wiped them out, with JiaQi’s Miss Fortune scoring a pentakill. At 37 minutes, during a bottom push, Rookie’s Taliyah lifted JiaQi’s Miss Fortune but couldn’t finish her off. TES then surrounded JiaQi, wiped IG, and claimed the first game’s victory. The highest damage dealer in the first game was JiaQi’s Miss Fortune; for IG, it was Photic’s Sivir.

In game two, TES chose Renekton top, Trundle jungle, Kassadin mid, and Jhin with Tahm Kench bot; IG picked Cho’Gath top, Wukong jungle, LeBlanc mid, and Corki with Alistar bot. During laning, JiaQi’s Jhin solo killed Photic’s Corki, giving TES first blood. Later, Creme’s Kassadin made a mistake near the dragon pit, dying instantly, and IG killed two TES players, securing a 2K gold lead early.
At 20 minutes in mid-game, Rookie’s LeBlanc was caught while flanking but escaped with low health. IG’s teammates arrived to surround and trade 1-for-2, then secured the first Baron. At 30 minutes, Fengyue’s Tahm Kench initiated a fight but was instantly killed, allowing IG to claim the Elder Dragon buff. At 31 minutes, IG went for Baron, but TES teleported multiple players to flank. IG abandoned Baron to engage the fight; JiaQi’s Jhin misused his ultimate, but with the Elder Dragon buff, IG pulled off a team wipe and secured their second Baron. At 36 minutes, both teams contested the Elder Dragon; Rookie’s LeBlanc was heavily damaged early, and Wei’s Wukong entered late with insufficient damage. TES counterattacked, killing two IG members and taking the Elder Dragon. At 38 minutes, TES secured the third Baron. At 45 minutes, during another Elder Dragon contest, Wei’s Wukong secured the Elder Dragon, and IG finally won a decisive team fight, wiping TES and taking game two. The MVP was awarded to Wei’s Wukong.

In game three, IG’s lineup was Sion top, Nocturne jungle, Anivia mid, and Zyra with Lulu bot; TES fielded Mordekaiser top, Dr. Mundo jungle, Ryze mid, and Kai’Sa with Neeko bot. During laning, the bot lane 2v2 saw JiaQi’s Kai’Sa kill Photic’s Zyra, giving TES first blood. Wei’s jungle had a good early rhythm, successfully ganking top and bot, and IG destroyed the first top tower, leading by 2K gold.
In mid-game team fights, IG dealt higher damage and won consecutive engagements. At 29 minutes, IG initiated Baron; TES arrived but Naiyou’s Dr. Mundo was instantly killed. Although Fengyue’s Neeko ulted the backline, no one followed up with damage. IG secured Baron with a 0-for-2 trade. Later at 32 minutes, both teams fought over the dragon; 369’s Mordekaiser was killed first. IG chased and won a 0-for-3 fight, clinching the match victory.
