The LPL national team is about to be announced, with four BLG players leading the way, GALA holding the highest ranking, and the substitute position being the biggest uncertainty.

Hello to all LPL viewers and League of Legends summoners, this is World Game Hub.

The LOL Global Pioneer Tournament will officially begin in two days, and currently all major teams are actively preparing. Compared to last year, the key difference this time is that teams and players who perform well have a better chance of being selected for the Asian Games national team.

For the LPL, the advancing teams are BLG and JDG, and the national team lineup is almost ready to be revealed.

The national team is about to be announced, with BLG holding a significant advantage.

According to previous Asian Games selection information, the national team roster submission deadline is after the Pioneer Tournament concludes. This means performance in the Pioneer Tournament will directly determine the national team lineup. Unlike the LCK, the LPL situation is different because the advancing teams include foreign players, so the LPL national team roster is essentially already determined.

BLG was the top-performing LPL team in the first stage, with only one Korean player. The other four players performed exceptionally well, especially Bin, who showed a dominant side in the playoffs, almost crushing all top-lane opponents and winning FMVP. This position is the least uncertain.

Moreover, BLG's mid, jungle, and support positions also hold considerable advantages. First, the jungle position: currently in the LPL region, the only local jungler who can compete with international teams is essentially Xun. Below him is Jiejie, and after Jiejie, it's quite a stretch to reach Wei or Naiyou. Junjia is a foreign player and likely to join the Chinese Taipei national team.

Mid-laner Knight is also very secure here. Perhaps Naiyou has a chance for selection and could compete for a substitute spot.

GALA holds the highest ranking, while the substitute position is the most uncertain.

For the support position, the only truly top-tier candidate is On. Vampire is growing quickly but hardly competes with On unless he performs exceptionally well in the Pioneer Tournament.

For the bot lane, the current highest-ranked player is GALA, who is also the domestic AD player with the best results and outstanding performance.

However, GALA isn't entirely secure. If the selection method follows previous Asian Games procedures, many players might be invited for training camps before finalizing the roster. Here, Elk still has some opportunity because he previously partnered with On for many years, giving them higher默契度.

Additionally, GALA isn't particularly known for lane dominance, whereas Elk is slightly stronger in this aspect.

The key point is performance in the Pioneer Tournament. If GALA performs above standard in the Pioneer Tournament, his chances of advancing are still high. But if JDG performs poorly in the Pioneer Tournament, GALA might not make the national team. The same applies to BLG: if BLG performs poorly or if a certain player suddenly declines, replacements might be considered.

Finally, regarding substitute selection: personally, I believe the substitute position is the most uncertain. Strictly speaking, having a jungle substitute is a good choice for a team, but the LPL genuinely lacks suitable candidates, so they might need to look for substitutes from other positions.

The coach issue is significant, and the probability of winning the championship is very low.

For other positions: mid has Naiyou, support has Vampire, top has圣枪哥. Overall, personally, I think the most likely positions to have substitutes are actually the双C, carrying GALA+Elk or Naiyou+Knight. Other positions would have only one player, which is a more reasonable choice.

Now regarding the coach position: previous LPL爆料indicated that Tabe will not participate in the selection. This needs to be viewed from two angles: first, Tabe might coach the Chinese Hong Kong team; second, Tabe coaching BLG seems不太合适because JDG and BLG are competitors, and the national team will likely have BLG as its core foundation.

Thus, the LPL hardly has excellent options for domestic coaches. Looking further down, they might even need to consider Bigwei, Poppy, etc., whose水平are relatively average.

Originally, the LPL's overall硬实力is far behind the LCK, and the LPL cannot find good coaches, further reducing the夺冠probability. Of course, if the national team allows Korean coaches to执教, the situation would be different. Eight years ago, the组合of孙大永+Heart+阿布achieved quite good results. This time, the LPL could consider having Korean coaches accompany the team to the Asian Games.

Regarding player selection: personally, I think the approach four years ago involving大量选手was不太合适. This year, it's simpler: just let BLG players be the主力, with BLG's打法as the core strategy.
