'Tough Nut' Coach Troussier Joins Coach Park's Team

Bac Ninh Club has revealed its coaching lineup for the upcoming season, highlighting a staff member who once collaborated with Coach Philippe Troussier.

Recently, Bac Ninh Club officially unveiled its coaching team ahead of the 2025/26 National First Division season.

Accordingly, Paulo Foiani, a Brazilian coach, will serve as the head coach, assisted by two Vietnamese assistants, Pham Hung Vuong and Le Dinh Toan.

Notably, the Kinh Bac team also welcomes interpreter Hoang Xuan Bach. Born in 1995, he is known as the language assistant for Philippe Troussier, former Vietnam national team coach, from February 2023 to March last year.

Within a squad featuring many stars from various countries, Xuan Bach’s role is expected to help Coach Park Hang Seo’s team by providing advisory support, enhancing team cohesion, and eliminating language barriers to achieve the team’s common goals.

Additionally, other members of Bac Ninh’s coaching staff include Fabio Rinaldo (fitness coach), Nguyen Duc Thang (goalkeeper coach), Cao Thanh An and Nguyen Tien Dung (medical doctors), and Nguyen Chi Cong (kitman).

Ahead of the new season, Bac Ninh has actively prepared by recruiting many quality stars, including Vietnamese national team players and talented foreign recruits.

Furthermore, the whole team has participated in important friendly matches to evaluate squad strength and playing style. Overall, the Kinh Bac team has shown potential to become one of the leading forces in the First Division next season, alongside rivals like Binh Dinh and Truong Tuoi Dong Nai.

Coach Park Hang Seo’s advisory team will have nearly three more weeks to prepare before officially starting the new season with an away match at Van Hien University in the first round of the 2025/26 National First Division.
