Japanese coach leads Vietnam U18 team to a major tournament in South Korea

The Vietnam U18 squad officially gathered on August 25 at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, starting preparations for the Seoul Eou Cup 2025 international football tournament.

During this training camp, the team includes 32 players, many of whom participated in the 2025 AFC U17 Asian Cup final round, such as goalkeeper Hoa Xuan Tin, defenders Nguyen Hong Quang and Le Tan Dung, midfielders Dau Hong Phong and Nguyen Van Khanh, forwards Hoang Trong Duy Khang, Nguyen Van Bach, and Nguyen Thien Phu. This group is considered the core team, aiming both to improve international competition experience and to build a foundation for further goals.
