Seattle Sounders confirmed their status as title contenders after a 2-0 victory over LA Galaxy at Dignity Health Sports Park. Pedro de la Vega and Osaze De Rosario each scored in separate halves, helping Sounders keep a clean sheet in their second straight knockout round, despite Nouhou receiving a red card in the 83rd minute. As the only team to earn full points in Stage One, Sounders not only secured a spot in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup but are also aiming for their first-ever Leagues Cup title.

On the other side, Inter Miami made a stunning comeback against their Florida rivals Orlando City SC at Chase Stadium. Returning from a thigh injury, Lionel Messi shone brightly with two goals in the final 13 minutes.
