VIDEO: After losing to Thailand, Vietnam will compete for the third place in Southeast Asia

The Vietnam U16 girls' squad, although trying hard, lost 1-3 to Thailand in the semifinals of the 2025 Southeast Asia U16 Girls tournament.

Having lost 1-3 to Thailand U16 girls in the semifinal held at 15:30 on August 27 at the main Manahan Stadium (Indonesia), the Vietnam U16 girls' team will play for third place in the 2025 Southeast Asia U16 Girls Championship on August 29.

Based on the result of the other semifinal match, the Vietnam U16 girls will face the host Indonesia U16 girls for third place in the 2025 Southeast Asia U16 Girls Championship. The match is scheduled for 15:30 on August 29 at Manahan Stadium.
