Mikel Arteta: "Eze radiates a unique aura"

Mikel Arteta highly commended the newcomer Eberechi Eze, portraying him as a player who "emits a distinctive aura" and displays confidence and sharpness in his initial training sessions at Arsenal before facing Liverpool.

Ahead of the highly anticipated match between Arsenal and Liverpool on Sunday, August 31, coach Mikel Arteta gave special praise to new recruit Eberechi Eze. The English player joined Arsenal for a fee of £67.5 million from Crystal Palace and immediately made a strong impression on Arteta.

Eze, who left Arsenal’s academy at age 13, returned to the club after 14 years and will wear the legendary number 10 jersey. The newcomer showed impressive form in training and quickly earned Arteta’s trust. Before the Liverpool game, Arteta shared his thoughts on Eze: "I am very impressed with him. Arteta said: "He came well prepared for what we expect on the pitch, but the key is that he can show his qualities and abilities, which is why we brought him here."

As Arsenal prepared to face Liverpool, Arteta was asked about the possibility of Eze starting immediately. Although he did not reveal much, he said: "We have many options in that position, and that’s a great thing this season. Let’s wait and see."
