At the younger national level, the work of the 08 national youth, 09 national youth selection team, and 10 national youth selection team has been steadily advancing, and the 11-year-old training camp has also been going on, and the latest training camp will start in Suzhou this week, and the construction of the national team continues to accelerate.

At present, the U19 national team (Chinese national youth team) is the 2005 age group national team, which has been officially established, the head coach is Djurdjevic, and the team has conducted seven training camps in 2024, and in the last training camp, the 05 national youth participated in the Panda Cup competition. Because there are three major ball games later, the players are more tired, and December is the adjustment stage, and the next training camp of the national youth will be held in January 2025.

05 The national youth will participate in the U20 Asian Cup to be held in Shenzhen in February next year, which will determine whether this team can participate in the U20 World Cup. At that time, the State Management Department of the Chinese Football Association formed a database of 107 people through the inspection of the U17 League, from which 66 players were recruited to participate in the first training camp.

The problem with the first training camp was that there were no players called up to play in the professional leagues, the Under-19 and the Under-21s. With the end of all the youth competitions in 2024, the State Management Department of the Chinese Football Association has formed a basic database of 113 people through the investigation of professional leagues, U19 Chinese Youth Championships, U17 Chinese Youth Championships, U17 League and the three major ball games, from which 67 people were selected to participate in the training camp in December.

Compared with the first phase, the second phase of the training camp covers a wider range, only foreign players are not included, which is the most important training camp before the formation of the 07 national youth.

In this training camp, there are some players who have played more in the league, Tang Tianyi is a player familiar to many fans, and he is also an important player in the 05 national youth. Shandong Taishan has as many as 14 players selected, including three selected for the first team, and Li Yuanjie, who scored the winning goal in the three-goal final.

The inspection method of the elite training camp is the same as the last time, 67 people are divided into three teams, three warm-up matches, and the team of the General Administration of Physical Sciences is invited to conduct 14 physical form and athletic ability tests, and scientifically investigate the comprehensive quality of the players.

This week, the Chinese Football Association Youth Department led the 2011 age group of the seventh phase of the North and South Regional Training Camp also opened in Suzhou, Ukishima Min, Gao Sheng, Pei Yongheng and Zhang Chiming as technical consultants, Hou Zhiqiang, Wang Xiaolong, Feng Xiaolong and other 12 domestic coaches participated in the training camp inspection work, as many as 98 players participated in the training camp. Because the 2011 age group of players began to enter adolescence, the youth department will also set up players born in July and later in that age group to conduct individual inspections to ensure the accuracy of the inspection.

Compared with the past, the work of forming a national team is now carried out in an orderly manner and the guarantee system and inspection system are becoming more and more complete and sophisticated, and the formation of a national team is about four stages: the first is the preliminary work (that is, the training camp of universal selection), and the coaching staff has not been formed; Then there is the pre-formation process, an elite training camp that includes as many players as possible at the right age, but the coaching staff is still not yet formed; Then the selection team is formed, the team is optimized to a single team stage, and the coaching staff is basically formed; Finally, there is the official formation of the team, which is given the official name of the national team.
