Young player Trần Gia Bảo makes it into the Top 60 most promising young talents worldwide.

According to the Vietnam Football Federation, the article by veteran journalist John Duerden portrays him as a "bright gem" gradually shining within Vietnamese football.

The Guardian states that Gia Bảo is the youngest player ever to play and score in V-League 1 (2024 - 2025 season) at only 16 years old — a historic milestone for Vietnamese football.

Previously, this versatile attacking player drew early attention due to his technical skills, agile movement, and confident demeanor on the field. Not only outstanding among his peers, Gia Bảo has continued to prove himself in domestic competitions with daring plays and impressive goals.

Most recently, Gia Bảo was part of Vietnam's U17 team at the 2025 AFC U17 Championship, making an impact by scoring in a 1-1 draw against strong opponents U17 Japan.

Earlier, Gia Bảo also impressed wearing the Vietnam U16 jersey when his team defeated U16 Uzbekistan 3-0 and U17 Japan 1-0 at the 2024 CFA U16 Team China Tournament held in China.
