During the FIFA Days in October, Vietnam U23 traveled to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for training and international friendly matches. This is part of the team's thorough preparation plan aiming at two main goals: the 33rd SEA Games scheduled for December and the 2026 AFC U23 Championship.
