Vietnam U17 diligently trains amid the chilly weather in Hanoi
Vietnam U17 is in the final preparation stage, practicing in the cold ahead of their trip to Japan.
Starting from October 5th, the Vietnam U17 team held their first training session at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, officially kicking off preparations for the 2026 AFC U17 Asian Cup qualifiers.
The Vietnam U17 squad continues to refine their gameplay in Hanoi’s cold weather. This is also the acceleration phase for coach Cristiano Roland and his team as they prepare for their training camp in Japan, targeting the 2026 AFC U17 Asian Cup qualifiers.
Recently, striker Tran Manh Quan, top scorer of the 2025 National U17 Championship Finals – Thai Son Nam Cup, was called up to join the Vietnam U17 team currently training at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, in preparation for the 2026 AFC U17 Asian Cup qualifiers.
