Vietnamese football faces Thailand in tournaments held for the first time ever.

By coincidence, Vietnam’s U16 and U19 futsal teams both share a group with Thailand at the 2025 Southeast Asian Championship.

This afternoon (October 28), in Thailand, the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) held the draw and scheduled matches for the 2025 AFF U19 Futsal Championship and the 2025 AFF U16 Futsal Championship — two tournaments organized for the first time exclusively for youth futsal teams in the region.
