The Serbian international had to leave the field 30 minutes into the recent 2-1 victory against Cagliari and underwent additional radiological tests on Monday, according to a club statement.
"The examinations showed a severe injury at the muscle-tendon junction of the left adductor longus. Further medical evaluations are needed to decide the best treatment approach," Juventus stated.
Vlahovic has scored two goals and provided one assist in his last six games for seventh-placed Juventus, who remain unbeaten in their last seven matches across all competitions. They are aiming to close a five-point deficit to Serie A leaders Inter Milan.
Juventus will face Udinese in a Coppa Italia fixture on Tuesday, followed by a league game on Sunday against second-placed Napoli.
