Si Jiahui versus Trump. Against world number one Trump, the match started evenly with both players exchanging small breaks to tie 1-1. Trump then exploded with sharp accuracy, winning three frames in a row to lead 4-1. In the fourth frame, Si Jiahui narrowly lost after a 65 break was edged out by Trump’s 66 clearance. Si fought back with two 50+ breaks to close the score to 3-4. Zhou Yuelong versus Selby. After causing an upset over O’Sullivan, Zhou Yuelong faced the tough challenge of Selby back-to-back, with fatigue affecting him. Both players won frames with single breaks early on, with Zhou leading 2-1.
