The 2025/2026 National U19 Qualifiers will see the participation of many U17 Vietnamese national team members.
On the afternoon of December 4th, the draw for the match schedule of the 2025/26 National U19 Football Championship qualifiers took place at the VFF headquarters.
The draw ceremony was conducted online, with representatives from participating teams watching. Accordingly, 27 teams from professional clubs, semi-professional clubs, training centers, and talent schools will compete in the 2025/26 National U19 Football Championship qualifiers, including:
Betong 26 Gia Lai, Hanoi Police, Ho Chi Minh City Police, Dak Lak, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Hanoi, Hue, Hoai Duc, Hong Linh Ha Tinh, LPBank Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Luxury Ha Long, Ninh Binh, Phuoc Binh Dong Nai, PVF, PVF-CAND, SHB Da Nang, Song Lam Nghe An, Song Tra Quang Ngai, Ho Chi Minh City, Viettel Army Team I, Viettel Army Team II, Tay Ninh, Phu Dong Youth, Dao Ha Football Center, Khanh Hoa Sports Training Center, Ninh Binh Province Sports Center II.
According to the tournament regulations, teams were drawn into 5 groups, playing a double round-robin (home and away) at the host locations. Points are tallied per group, with the 5 group winners, 5 runners-up, and the best third-placed team across all groups advancing to the final round.
The qualifying matches will take place from December 14, 2025, to January 6, 2026, at the host venues. The final round of the 2025/26 National U19 Football Championship will be held from January 14 to January 27, 2026.
The list of teams allocated into groups is as follows:
– Group A (Hosted by Viettel Sports Company Limited) at Viettel Sports Company Limited – Hanoi, includes 6 teams: Hanoi Police, Hoai Duc, Ninh Binh, PVF, Dao Ha Football Center, and Viettel Army Team I.
– Group B (Hosted by Vietnam Football Talent Investment and Development Company Limited) at PVF Youth Training Center – Hung Yen, includes 6 teams: Hanoi, Luxury Ha Long, Phu Dong Youth, Viettel Army Team II, Ninh Binh Province Sports Center II, and PVF-CAND.
– Group C (Hosted by LPBank Hoang Anh Gia Lai Sports Joint Stock Company) at Ham Rong Sports Center – Gia Lai, includes 5 teams: Betong 26 Gia Lai, Hue, Hong Linh Ha Tinh, Song Lam Nghe An, and LPBank Hoang Anh Gia Lai.
– Group D (Hosted by Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation) at Thanh Long Sports Center – Ho Chi Minh City, includes 5 teams: Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa Sports Training Center, Song Tra Quang Ngai, SHB Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City.
– Group E (Hosted by CATP Sports Joint Stock Company) at Tan Hung and Long Tam stadiums – Ho Chi Minh City, includes 5 teams: Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Phuoc Binh Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City Police.
