Head coach of the Thailand women's national football team Nuengrutai Srathongvian spoke in an interview after the opening match of Group A in women's footballSEA Games 2025where Thailand defeated Indonesia 8-0 on the evening of December 4th.

Coach Nuengrutai Srathongvian said: "The players achieved the set goal of winning 3 points, and the style of play reflected what we practiced. Although there were a few moments that were not entirely smooth in the final third, overall it was in line with the plan. We will make some adjustments for the next match."

I am quite pleased with the 8-goal win because it is a large scoreline. Although our attacking organization created many chances, we still need to improve the accuracy of our movements, especially the positioning of each player during attacks.

Regarding Silawan's injury, it is not serious. We still have time before the second match on December 10th to let her rest and check her condition. The entire squad of 23 players can substitute for each other, so I think there will be no problem."
