The U22 Vietnam team returned to training this afternoon on December 16, actively preparing for the SEA Games 33 men’s football final against the host U22 Thailand.
On the training field, coach Kim Sang Sik divided the squad into two groups with appropriate training routines to ensure the team’s optimal physical condition. The players who started in the semifinal against U22 Philippines mainly did light exercises to relax muscles and recover. Meanwhile, the other group focused more on tactical coordination drills and small-sided competitive matches to maintain exercise rhythm and improve technical skills.
