Nguyễn Đình Bắc returned to V-League wearing the CAHN jersey, making a remarkable impact and offering honest comments following the comeback win against Ninh Bình in the 12th round.
After a breakthrough period with Vietnam U23, Nguyễn Đình Bắc officially reappeared in V-League playing for CAHN and made a significant mark in the key round 12 match against Ninh Bình FC.
The 2004-born striker was brought on by the coach in the second half, as CAHN pushed hard to find the equalizer and complete their comeback. Shortly after entering, Đình Bắc found the net following a decisive run into the penalty area and a confident finish. However, the joy of the Nghệ An native was quickly cut short when the referee raised the offside flag.
Although the goal was not validated, this move demonstrated Đình Bắc’s confidence and good ball sense after a long period playing internationally.
After the match, the U23 Asian top scorer expressed: “Though there is some regret, the most important thing is that the whole team secured the victory. Today, the CAHN players fought bravely and deserved this result.”
When asked about the title race, the 21-year-old striker remained cautious: “I think it’s still too early to talk about the championship. CAHN always focuses on each game and is determined to perform at their best every match.”
Đình Bắc also shared about the individual award he recently received along with the commemorative trophy presented before kickoff: “After the U23 Asian Championship, I left everything behind. Returning to the club, the most important thing is to give my all for CAHN and contribute to the team’s success.”
In this match, CAHN staged an emotional comeback to defeat Ninh Bình with a score of 3-2. This victory not only lifted the police-affiliated team to the top of the table with 29 points but also ended Ninh Bình’s 11-match unbeaten streak in V-League and their 36-match unbeaten run across all competitions. With Đình Bắc’s return, CAHN is showing strong ambition for the remainder of the season.
