However, the situation around Al-Nassr has become even tenser as Al-Ittihad recently parted ways with Karim Benzema, who transferred to Al-Hilal. This deal has intensified the Saudi Pro League title race, as Benzema joined the league leaders, who are just one point ahead of Al-Nassr after 19 rounds.
