Nutifood Football Academy is conducting the 4th intake with the goal of finding additional talents for football in Vietnam.
After more than a decade of operation, Nutifood Football Academy has developed a complete training system with three generations of players including the 1st batch (2003), 2nd batch (2004–2005), and 3rd batch (2010–2011). The academy is led by French coach Guillaume Graechen – a key figure behind the rise of players like Công Phượng, Xuân Trường, and Tuấn Anh. In domestic youth competitions, the academy has consistently made its mark with achievements such as runner-up in U17, U19, and especially the U21 championship.
These foundations have served as a springboard for many trainees to mature and shine in national teams. Notable names include Nguyễn Quốc Việt, Phạm Lý Đức, Nguyễn Nhật Minh, and Nguyễn Thái Quốc Cường – key contributors to the gold medal at SEA Games 33 and the third-place finish at the 2026 AFC U-23 Championship. Their success confirms the persistent path the academy has pursued.
Motivated by this, Nutifood has decided to hold the 4th nationwide enrollment for male candidates born in 2014–2015. Applicants will undergo three selection stages: preliminary, qualifying, and final rounds, held from May 9 to June 6. This is considered a great opportunity for young talents to enter a professional training environment where many predecessors have developed.
This year's preliminary round will be held at three locations: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and the academy's headquarters in Gia Lai. The most outstanding candidates will gather in the Central Highlands to compete in the qualifying and final rounds. After this process, the coaching staff will select the most elite players to officially join the 4th batch.
Speaking about development goals, Mr. Lê Nguyên Hòa – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors – emphasized that the non-profit model aims to find and nurture young talents across Vietnam. Besides football training, the academy also focuses on comprehensive care to equip the players for a long-term career, ready to contribute to the nation's sports future.
What sets Nutifood apart is its modern curriculum combined with physical development and nutrition programs – a field that is a core strength of the company. Besides football skills, trainees receive education in culture, English, life skills, and sportsmanship ethics. The ultimate goal is not only to produce excellent players but also to build professional role models both on and off the field.
