The tournament was organized by the Vietnam Football Federation in collaboration with the Ninh Binh Department of Culture and Sports. It is part of the official competition system of the Vietnam Football Federation.

Five teams participated in the tournament: Hanoi, Thai Nguyen T&T, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Coal and Mineral, and the host Phong Phú Hà Nam. The teams played a double round-robin format (the first leg took place from January 7-20, 2026 at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center; the second leg from January 27 to February 7 at Ha Nam Stadium, Ninh Binh Province) to determine the overall rankings.
As a result, the host U19 Phong Phú Hà Nam brilliantly clinched the title one round early with an unbeaten record (6 wins and 2 draws, totaling 20 points), earning the Cup, medals, a commemorative plaque, and a 100 million VND reward. This marks the fourth consecutive championship for the U19 Phong Phú Hà Nam team in the National U19 Women's Football Championship. Meanwhile, U19 Ho Chi Minh City finished second with an 80 million VND prize; U19 Thai Nguyen T&T took third place with a 50 million VND prize and also received the Fair Play award along with a 30 million VND reward.
Additionally, the organizers awarded the Best Player award to Ngân Thị Thanh Hiếu from U19 Phong Phú Hà Nam; the Best Goalkeeper award went to Lê Thị Thu, also from U19 Phong Phú Hà Nam; and the Top Scorer award was given to Nguyễn Thị Thùy Linh of U19 Ho Chi Minh City, who scored 6 goals.
At the closing ceremony, Ms. Nguyễn Thanh Hà – Deputy General Secretary of the Vietnam Football Federation and Head of the organizing committee, emphasized that this is the third consecutive year the Vietnam Football Federation has partnered with ACECOOK Vietnam Joint Stock Company to host the National U19 Women's Football Championship. This valuable support has helped improve the quality of the tournament and serves as an important encouragement for young female players to continue striving, developing, and proving their talents. The championship contributes to increasing competitive opportunities, creating a favorable environment for female players to nurture their passion, showcase their skills, and pursue their ambitions. The tournament's quality has risen, with 95 goals scored in 20 matches; the gap between teams has narrowed. Furthermore, the competition serves as a platform to select the best players in preparation for upcoming major tournaments.
