According to Coach Ueno Nobuhiro, Vi Hao and Minh Khoa are making excellent progress in their recovery and look forward to coming back to play.
In the 13th round of the V-League, Becamex TPHCM Club suffered a 1-2 defeat against PVF-CAND, dropping to 9th place on the league table.
After the match, Japanese coach Ueno shared: “I truly feel very disappointed. After the last two matches, the team has only managed one draw, and today’s match ended in a loss. Both myself and the entire team are very frustrated.”
According to the Japanese coach, Becamex TP HCM controlled most of the game but failed to capitalize on that advantage. "“For the majority of the time, we were the more proactive team. However, in the final third, especially in breakthrough and finishing moments, the team lacked the necessary precision to convert chances into goals. This is truly regrettable,”Coach Ueno emphasized.
“Today was a 6-point match for us, but the result was not what we hoped for. Therefore, I feel very sad and disappointed,” the Japanese strategist added.
Notably, on the positive side, the Japanese coach also shared encouraging news about the injury situation of the two national team players Bui Vi Hao and Minh Khoa. “Regarding Vi Hao and Minh Khoa, both are currently recovering very well. However, it is still uncertain exactly when they will be able to return to play. We ask fans to patiently await their comeback.”
After round 13, the V-League will take a two-week break to prepare for the Lunar New Year. Coach Ueno affirmed that the whole team will review, assess, and improve through each training session, aiming for better results in the upcoming matches.
