AFC: 'Đình Bắc is truly exceptional'

The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) recently posted a video capturing Nguyễn Đình Bắc’s goal that confirmed Công an Hà Nội FC’s 4-0 triumph over Tampines Rovers FC in the Round of 16 of the 2025/26 AFC Champions League Two. Alongside the clip, the AFC also offered praise: “Nguyễn Đình Bắc – he truly is something very special!”. This move quickly attracted attention, highlighting that the young striker’s skill left a strong impression on the continent’s football experts.

The goal came in the final added minutes, when the opposing defense hesitated. Seizing the brief moment, Đình Bắc spun past a defender and calmly finished from close range, placing the ball into the top corner of the goal. This goal not only wrapped up the 4-0 victory but also showcased technical brilliance in a match where CAHN controlled the tempo.

Earlier, the capital team had taken a commanding lead thanks to a brace by Nguyễn Quang Hải and a goal from Rogério Alves.
