Accordingly, in the fields of tournament organization and professional achievements, VFF organized and co-organized 18 competitions ranging from U9 to U21, futsal, women's football, and professional leagues nationwide. Additionally, the synchronized deployment of the FCMS software system has been recognized as improving management efficiency, match organization, and building a database to support talent scouting and training.
Notably, Vietnamese football in 2025 marked a historic milestone with 7 national teams across different age groups qualifying for the final rounds of the 2026 Asian Championships, along with positive results at the SEA Games, U23 Asian Championship, and U23 Southeast Asia tournaments.

Coach training continued to advance through cooperation with universities and domestic training centers, while applying AFC and FIFA standards for coach certification renewals.

International relations were highly effective, affirming Vietnam's new status with 3 representatives participating in FIFA, AFC, and AFF committees. Meanwhile, sports medicine remained a highlight through comprehensive collaboration with the Vinmec system and the AFC-accredited Sports Medicine Center achieving excellent standards.
Especially, office management and anti-corruption efforts were strengthened via digital transformation and close cooperation with the Criminal Police Department – Ministry of Public Security, promptly addressing violations in competitions and meeting public concern.
Based on the 2025 review, the conference agreed on key tasks for 2026, focusing on improving competition and training systems; enhancing international relations, sponsorship, healthcare, legal affairs, and media; developing youth, women's football, futsal, and grassroots football; and raising the quality of referees.
