Vietnam national team has not finalized the home stadium for the match against Bangladesh

The friendly match between Vietnam and Bangladesh during the upcoming March FIFA Days has yet to confirm its official venue.

Vietnam will play an international friendly against Bangladesh at 7:00 PM on March 26. Although the date is set, the location has not been officially confirmed. Some sources indicate that the stadium Hang Day stadium is being considered due to its suitable size and reasonable operating costs.

This match is part of the preparation plan for the crucial encounter with Malaysia in the final round of the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers, scheduled for March 31 at Thien Truong Stadium (Ninh Binh). Therefore, the friendly against Bangladesh is seen as an essential step both tactically and mentally.

Experts evaluate this as an opportunity for Vietnam to regain international match experience after a long period without gathering. Additionally, the coaching staff can use this game to assess form, test tactics, and review the squad before the decisive phase.
