Due to his excellent performance, striker Đình Bắc was recently put forward as a nominee for the 2025 Vietnam Outstanding Young Faces Award.
Forward Nguyễn Đình Bắc has just been honored with a nomination for the “Vietnam Outstanding Young Faces 2025” Award. This prestigious prize is annually awarded by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to recognize young individuals under 35 who have achieved remarkable success and positively influenced the community.
Đình Bắc’s inclusion in the nominee list is fully deserved after a breakthrough year in 2025 for the 2004-born striker. Wearing the U23 and Vietnam national team jerseys, he was a key player in winning the men’s football gold medal at the 33rd SEA Games, significantly contributed to U23 Vietnam’s championship at the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship where he was voted the best player, and later played a crucial role in helping U22 Vietnam secure the SEA Games 33 gold medal and third place at the 2026 AFC U23 Championship.
On an individual level, Đình Bắc also won the 2025 Vietnam Silver Ball and the title of “Best Young Male Player of the Year.” Playing for Hanoi Police FC, the young striker continued to prove his importance by helping the police club secure a domestic double, winning both the National Cup and the National Super Cup.
Beyond shining on the pitch, Đình Bắc has also earned recognition as a young player full of ambition, living a positive lifestyle and regularly participating in community activities. This is also one of the key criteria of the “Vietnam Outstanding Young Faces” Award.
If honored, this will mark a memorable milestone in the career of the striker from Nghệ An province, as well as recognition for one of the brightest young talents in Vietnamese football today.
