Indonesian fans could not conceal their disappointment upon being eliminated by U17 Vietnam in the U17 Southeast Asia group stage.

The 0-0 draw against U17 Vietnam caused U17 Indonesia to officially stop at the group stage of the 2026 Southeast Asia U17 Championship. Despite playing at home and needing a win to keep their hopes alive, the island nation's team could not make a difference against an opponent that played with great composure and dominated the match.
