Accordingly, the State Banquet was hosted by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam and his spouse, to welcome President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae Myung and his spouse during their official visit and working trip.

Also attending the event was coach Kim Sang Sik – the current head coach of the Vietnam national team. The presence of the two Korean coaches at the ceremony not only holds personal significance but also reflects their close connection and positive contributions to Vietnamese football over the years.

In his sharing, Coach Park Hang Seo expressed his appreciation for being invited to attend the high-level event, emphasizing that this is a great honor. He also expressed confidence that Vietnam-Korea relations will continue to deepen, especially after the two countries upgraded their relationship to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2022.
