Switzerland's training session that was planned for Tuesday has been delayed because several players have fallen ill, just three days ahead of their Women's EURO 2025 quarter-final match against Spain.
In a statement, the Swiss football federation (SFV) mentioned: "The training session scheduled for today has been postponed until tomorrow (Wednesday)."
"Recently, some players have experienced cold-like symptoms. To ensure a quality training experience, the technical staff decided to cancel today’s session and will conduct it tomorrow instead."
Switzerland host Spain in Bern on Friday, with the winner of the quarter-final facing the victor of the match between France and Germany in the semi-finals.
Spain are the current world champions and are striving to win their first European Championship title.
