AZ and Ilves have been matched with Vaduz and Dungannon in the third round draw of the Conference League.

Eredivisie team AZ and Veikkausliga club Ilves were paired with FC Vaduz from Liechtenstein and Dungannon Swifts from Northern Ireland in Monday's draw for the third round of the UEFA Conference League qualifying phase.

AZ secured their place in the second round of the UEFA Conference League qualifying phase by winning the Dutch playoffs and defeating FC Twente in the final.

In contrast,Ilves gained entry to the UEFA Europa League qualifying by finishing second in the Veikkausliga, but were relegated to the UEFA Conference League after a 6-0 defeat to Shakhtar Donetsk in the first round.

AZ and Ilves will compete in their second-round matches on July 24th and 31st.

The winner of this matchup will advance to meet the winner of the clash between FC Vaduz from Liechtenstein and Dungannon Swifts from Northern Ireland. Either AZ or Ilves will host the first leg.

The third-round matches are scheduled for August 7th and 14th.
