England's captain Leah Williamson practiced with the squad on Monday, providing a substantial uplift for the team before their EURO 2025 semi-final against Italy on Tuesday.
Williamson left the field with an ankle injury late in Thursday's thrilling quarter-final win over Sweden which was determined by a penalty shootout.
Despite concerns regarding Williamson's fitness, England defender Esme Morgan had expressed that the team was "very hopeful Leah will recover."
Jess Carter, who announced on Sunday that she would be taking a break from social media after facing racist abuse, also participated in training.
Defending champions England are competing in their sixth consecutive European Championship semi-final.
