On August 23rd, Beijing time, the 2025 YONEX Elite Cup Junior Tennis Finals (CTJ-200) officially opened in Fuzhou with high energy! Starting from Ganzhou this April, the YONEX Elite Cup has undergone four months of intense competition across eight qualifying events, culminating in a grand finale in Fuzhou.

On the evening of August 22nd, players checked in and received their competition gear at the welcome banquet hosted by the organizers, followed by the official draw for the groupings of the U8 mixed doubles, U10 boys’ and girls’ singles, and U12 boys’ and girls’ singles at the finals.
The lineup for the 2025 YONEX Elite Cup Junior Tennis Finals consists of champions and runners-up from each qualifying event category. The finals are divided into two stages: The first stage is a round-robin group phase where players are placed according to the draw from the welcome banquet, playing best-of-4 no-advantage sets (with a tiebreak at 4-4). The top two from each group advance. The second stage is a knockout round where the four qualifiers compete in cross-elimination matches, best-of-6 no-advantage sets (with a tiebreak at 6-6), to determine the champion, runner-up, and third place.
