The latest report from the Milan Winter Olympics: Wang Xinran, Zhang Chutong, and Fan Kexin have progressed beyond the women's 500m short track speed skating heats.

Wang Xinran, Zhang Chutong, and Fan Kexin have all qualified for the quarterfinals, with details shown in the image below.

1. Zhang Chutong advanced to the quarterfinals with a ninth-place finish.

• Wang Xinran secured the 13th spot to move forward to the quarterfinals.
• Fan Kexin qualified for the quarterfinals as the best third-place finisher across the four groups.

The competition in today’s heats was extremely fierce. The veteran Korean team also advanced three skaters, as did the Dutch and Canadian teams. China’s team also achieved full representation with three qualifiers. However, we must acknowledge the gap, as our qualifying results were not particularly outstanding. We look forward to continuing strong performances in the quarterfinals, aiming to reach the final and possibly win the gold medal.
