As part of this decision, I am proud to announce that from now on I will be representing my new home country, Australia, in my professional tennis career. Of course, it wasn't an easy decision, and I want to be grateful to my family, coaches, and everyone who has supported me in my tennis career. I will always respect and appreciate my origins and roots, but for now, I couldn't be more excited to start a new chapter in my career and life under the Australian flag. ”
