The 2025 Women's Volleyball World Championship, the premier international tournament for national women's volleyball teams, will take place in Thailand from August 22 to September 7, 2025.

This event is historic with several new features: first time hosted in Southeast Asia, switching to a biennial schedule on odd years, and expanding to 32 teams. Serbia is the reigning champion after winning their second title in 2022.

Thailand’s selection as host is a major milestone, making it the third Asian country after Japan and China to hold the tournament. Matches will be held in four key cities: Bangkok (Huamark Indoor Stadium), Phuket (Phuket City Stadium), Chiang Mai (Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre), and Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat Chatchai Hall).
