The 2025 Women's Volleyball World Championship, a top international competition for national women's volleyball teams, will be held in Thailand from August 22 to September 7, 2025. This is the first time the tournament takes place in Southeast Asia, making Thailand the third Asian country after Japan and China to host it. The championship has moved to a biennial schedule on odd years and expanded to 32 teams. Serbia is the reigning champion, having won their second title in 2022.
This year's event will be hosted across four strategic cities: Bangkok (Huamark Indoor Stadium), Phuket (Phuket City Stadium), Chiang Mai (Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre), and Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat Chatchai Hall).
