The 2025 Men's Volleyball World Championship is held in the cities of Pasay and Quezon, Philippines from September 12 to 28, featuring top teams worldwide divided into 8 groups as follows:

• Group A: Philippines (host), Iran, Egypt, Tunisia
• Group B: Poland (defending runner-up), Netherlands, Qatar, Romania
• Group C: France, Argentina, Finland, South Korea
• Group D: USA, Cuba, Portugal, Colombia
• Group E: Slovenia, Germany, Bulgaria, Chile
• Group F: Italy (defending champion), Belgium, Ukraine, Algeria
• Group G: Japan, Canada, Turkey, Libya
• Group H: Brazil, Czech Republic, Serbia, China

Teams will compete in a single round-robin format with points awarded (3 points for 3-0, 3-1 wins; 2 points for 3-2 wins; 1 point for 2-3 losses). The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout round of 16 to compete for the championship. Italy is the current World Champion after defeating Poland three years ago.
