The 2025 Men's Volleyball World Championship is held in two cities, Pasay and Quezon, Philippines, from September 12 to 28, featuring top national teams divided into 8 pools as follows:

• Pool A: Philippines (host), Iran, Egypt, Tunisia
• Pool B: Poland (defending runner-up), Netherlands, Qatar, Romania
• Pool C: France, Argentina, Finland, South Korea
• Pool D: USA, Cuba, Portugal, Colombia
• Pool E: Slovenia, Germany, Bulgaria, Chile
• Pool F: Italy (defending champion), Belgium, Ukraine, Algeria
• Pool G: Japan, Canada, Turkey, Libya
• Pool H: Brazil, Czech Republic, Serbia, China

Teams will compete in a single round-robin scoring system (3 points for 3-0 or 3-1 wins, 2 points for 3-2 wins, 1 point for 2-3 losses). The top two teams from each pool advance to the round of 16 knockout stage to determine the champion. Italy is the current World Champion after defeating Poland three years ago.
