The thrill of elite volleyball is set to come back for fans across the country with Phase 2 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship starting officially from October 7 to October 16 in Ninh Binh.
The high-level volleyball atmosphere will soon return to fans nationwide as Phase 2 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship begins on October 7.
The focal point of intense competition will be the Ninh Binh Provincial Gymnasium, gathering the top male and female volleyball teams in Vietnam. To meet audience expectations, the local organizers have announced a ticket pricing plan at reasonable rates, making it easier for fans to watch and cheer for their teams in person.
Accordingly, tickets for group stage matches are priced at 100,000 VND each. For the tense matches from the semifinals onward, including the final, tickets will cost 200,000 VND. Tickets are expected to be widely available at designated points starting early next week, promising an explosive season in the stands.
Entering this crucial phase, 8 men's teams and 8 women's teams will complete the last two rounds of the group stage. These are do-or-die matches that not only decide the prestigious semifinal spots but also determine which teams must face the fierce relegation battles.
Unlike Phase 1 held at Dong Anh Gymnasium (Hanoi), this time Ninh Binh will host both the men's and women's events simultaneously, creating a true volleyball festival for fans of the ancient capital. The tournament's intensity rises as all teams are giving their best efforts. The women's crown is currently held by VTV Binh Dien Long An, while the men's defending champion is Bien Phong MB.
According to the official schedule from the Vietnam Volleyball Federation, the opening day on October 7 will feature four matches running from noon to evening. The first match at 12:00 PM will be a women's group stage game between Vietinbank and Hung Yen. Then at 2:30 PM, fans will witness a top-level men's volleyball clash between Sanest Khanh Hoa and The Cong Tan Cang.
The women's group competition continues at 5:30 PM with the match between Hoa Chat Duc Giang and Xi Mang Long Son Thanh Hoa. Closing the first day will be a late 8:00 PM men's match where Ho Chi Minh City Police face Da Nang, promising spectacular plays and kicking off a thrilling phase.
